About Ranga Pratiba
Ranga Pratiba is an Associate at Dhatri Legal, where she focuses on civil litigation, real estate law, property law, and regulatory disputes. She regularly represents clients before the Civil Courts, the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA), and the Telangana RERA Appellate Tribunal.
Since joining the firm, Pratiba has been actively involved in advising and representing clients across a broad spectrum of civil and real estate matters. Her practice includes drafting pleadings, written statements, appeals, interlocutory applications, legal notices, contracts, and other litigation-related documents. She also assists clients in property transactions, mortgage-related matters, and regulatory proceedings.
Her experience spans property disputes, contractual disputes, recovery proceedings, and matters arising under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. In addition to her litigation practice, she undertakes extensive legal research, contributes to case strategy, and works closely with clients to develop practical and commercially sound solutions to complex legal issues.
Pratiba holds a B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from ICFAI Law School, Hyderabad, graduating with a CGPA of 9.02, and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Constitutional Law from Osmania University. Prior to joining Dhatri Legal, she interned with leading law firms and senior advocates, including Kochhar & Co., where she gained valuable exposure to civil, corporate, real estate, and dispute resolution matters.
